NeighborCare provides both in-person healthcare visits as well as telehealth appointments, which can be utilized for persistent health concerns, symptoms, or illnesses, and as an alternative for follow-up consultations.
We know you have many choices when choosing a primary care provider in Virginia, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our patient portal in AthenaHealth Electronic Medical Record (EMR). If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and offer Concierge services to meet your personal needs, but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own primary care provider.
